I offer clinical supervision for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work Associates (LSWAICs) in Washington State working toward full licensure. My supervision style is collaborative, grounded in the core values of social work, and tailored to your unique clinical setting and professional goals.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, I bring personal insight into navigating this field in a way that honors your brain, your boundaries, and your values. I especially enjoy supporting supervisees who are exploring their own neurodivergence or who have followed a similar path of discovery and self-understanding.
I have a deep respect for the work being done in agency and community mental health settings—and I believe those environments offer a strong foundation for newer clinicians. My own background includes over a decade in community-based roles, including Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Intensive Case Management, Crisis Response, Mental Health Court, Supportive Housing, and Homeless Outreach. I know firsthand how challenging and isolating these roles can be, and I enjoy offering support, perspective, and skill-building to clinicians navigating them. Because of this, I do not provide supervision to clinicians who are newly out of school and starting private practice as their first clinical role. While I fully support therapists pursuing private practice, I believe that real-world experience in structured settings builds clinical judgment, adaptability, and ethical clarity that’s essential for independent work. I have supported supervisees in transitioning into private practice later in our work together, often as a side project alongside their agency job.
I bring over two decades of experience in both community mental health and private practice, with advanced training in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, substance use treatment, CBT, ACT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Supervision with me is a space to grow your clinical skills, explore ethical dilemmas, reflect on your development as a therapist, and receive honest, supportive feedback.
Supervision is available in person or via secure video. I charge $90 per hour.
