Therapy for adults in Gig Harbor and across Washington

I offer individual therapy for adults (18+) seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, burned out, or simply want to explore new ways of living that align with your values, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and make meaningful change.
What I Offer

Individual Therapy
Available in person in Gig Harbor or online across Washington State
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays · 8:00 am – 2:30 pm

In our work together, we’ll explore what matters to you and what’s getting in the way. I’ll draw from evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (for trauma), and harm reduction practices—to tailor our work to your needs.

Clinical Supervision for Licensed Clinical Social Work Associates
I provide Washington State-approved supervision for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work Associates (LSWAICs) working toward full licensure. My supervision style is collaborative and reflective, grounded in social work values, ethical practice, and clinical skill-building. I enjoy supporting new clinicians as they develop their voice and confidence in the field. Supervision is available online or in person.

Case Consultation for Licensed Mental Health Professionals
I offer one-time or ongoing case consultation to licensed mental health providers seeking a supportive space to reflect on complex clinical, ethical, or practice issues. Consultation is available via secure video.
Specialty Areas

I support clients navigating:
  • Anxiety & overwhelm
  • Depression & burnout
  • Trauma & healing
  • Substance use (harm reduction or abstinence-based)
  • Faith exploration / religious harm
  • Neurodivergence, including late-diagnosed autism or ADHD
  • Life transitions, identity shifts, or periods of change
What to Expect

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Some people come in seeking clarity around a decision or support through a transition. Others are hoping to change patterns that no longer serve them. My style is collaborative, warm, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—you are not broken!  Therapy is about helping you move in the direction of your values so that you feel that your life is meaningful.
